Mr. Doeing is from Lisbon IL and was a graduate of Newark Community High School.  He served as an officer for 3 years under his chapter as a reporter, vice president, and president. Continuing his education, he attended Joliet Junior College in IL, receiving his associate's degree before transferring to Iowa State University to then receive his bachelor's degree in Agriculture and Life Sciences Education. As of 2018, he then received masters for the same thing. For the past 5 and a half years, he has been one of the advisors for Oelwein, while teaching the students in Agriculture education.

Ms. Hartl is from Central City, IA and was a graduate of Central City High School. She served as an officer for 3 years, under her chapter as reporter, secretary, and president. Continuing her studies, she started at Iowa State University, majoring in Agriculture and Life Science Education Teacher Certification Option. For the past year, she has been one of Oelwein's agriculture teacher while also being a second advisor.
